Da Vinci's Telescope is an expansion of the Escape Room The Game. It requires a base game to play. The device and the keys will definitely be needed here.

Art style

As usual, the art style of the game is very good. Items are set in the theme very well. We liked how consistent everything was, it was very immersive. We went back in time!

Story

As with a lot of play at home escape rooms, the story is there… But we wouldn't give this game an award for it. It serves its purpose, drives the narrative forward, and provides the background. However, we're here not for the story, but for the puzzles!

Puzzles

There is a good variety of puzzles in this game. Some of them require looking at paintings, others have musical themes, different ones let you construct Da Vinci's devices and finally, they use known game elements in a usual way. We had a blast playing this game and solving them!

Overall

Overall it's a great expansion, definitely worth playing. If you enjoyed the original, this will be up your alley as well! We definitely had a great time with it.
